Our centennial farm has been in the family since 1895. Dad, LaRue, grew fruits, vegetables and cash crops when the farm passed to his management in the 1950's. Dad's farm was 'environmentally friendly' long before the term became popular. I feel like I am following in his footsteps as I raise my animals in the 'new' health conscious way. Our animals have plenty of room to graze on new varieties of grass, clover and alfalfa. They enjoy a healthy and relaxing environment....which, in turn produces great tasting lean meat.
