Our beef is dry aged for 14 days.  This results in extremely tender and uniquely flavorful products that will promise to be a truly enjoyable eating experience.
We feed our animals a 100% vegetarian diet of grass, hay and grain.  We grow the crops that are used to feed our animals ourselves, to ensure Premium Quality and a Wholesome product for our customers.
